REFUND POLICY

At Uliv, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item was purchased within the last 14 days.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase or receipt is available.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase
- Used items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@uliv.ae with your order number, details of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
3. Prepare Your Return: Package the item securely, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the Item: Our designated shipping partner will coordinate the pick-up of your return item. You will receive updates on the return and refund status via email or through our WhatsApp customer care service. For exchanges, the replacement item(s) will be delivered within 1-2 business days following the return pick-up. Please refer to our refund policy below for further details.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please note:
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@uliv.ae with the details of the defect or damage.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the damage or defect, and photos of the same. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
