1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all locations within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team at info@uliv.ae.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following shipping options within the UAE:

a. Standard Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
- Cost: AED15, free for orders over AED450

b. Express Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
- Cost: AED25

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, shipping carrier delays, or customs processing. We strive to ensure timely delivery, but please note that delivery times are not guaranteed.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through our carrier's website.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery to avoid delays.

7. International Shipping

For customers outside the UAE, please contact our customer service team at info@uliv.ae to inquire about international shipping options and costs. Additional duties, taxes, and fees may apply for international shipments and will be added to the final price.

8. Shipping Issues and Delays

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at info@uliv.ae. Provide your order number, tracking number, and photos of any damage if applicable. We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
